Gesucht wird ein Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der

  • pünktlich, zuverlässig und selbstständig morgens zur Arbeit erscheint ( Arbeitsbeginn 7.00 Uhr)
  • grundsätzlich Interesse und Freude an körperlicher, praktischer und handwerklicher Arbeit hat
  • relativ gut Deutsch versteht und spricht
  • teamfähig ist.
  • Führerschein Klasse B (alt 3 / C1E) unbedingt erforderlich

Tätigkeiten:

  • Hilfe bei Haushaltsauflösungen
  • Arbeiten im Bereich der Schadstoffsanierung wie Bodenfräs-, Stemm-, Demontage- sowie Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Abdeck- und Abklebearbeiten am Boden, auf Trittleiter, Roll- oder Baugerüst
  • Demontage und Reinigungsarbeiten von Asbest-, KMF- und PAK- haltigen Materialien nach den technischen Regeln für Gefahrenstoffe (TRGS 519 und 521)
  • Das Tragen von persönlicher Schutzausrüstung (Bauhelm, Handschuhe, Overall und Masken) ist bei vielen Arbeiten verpflichtend!!! Betriebsanweisung, Schulung und Vorsorgeuntersuchungen erfolgen intern.
