  • Das Straßenbauamt Schwerin ist eines von drei Straßenbauämtern in M-V und betreut Bundes- und Landesstraßen in den Landkreisen Nordwestmecklenburg und Ludwigslust-Parchim.
  • Im Straßenbauamt Schwerin werden die Großprojekte des gesamten Landes M-V geplant und durchgeführt. Die Projektgruppe "Großprojekte" ist grundsätzlich für die Umsetzung aller Projekte des Bundesverkehrswegeplanes, darunter die Ortsumgehung Wolgast sowie einige andere große Bundes- und Landesstraßenprojekte zuständig.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufstellung der Jahresplanung
  • Durchführung von Neubauplanungen nach dem Bundesfernstraßengesetz und dem Straßen- und Wegegesetz M-V
  • Einleitung vorbereitender Maßnahmen für schwierige und komplexe RE-Entwürfe bei Neu-, Um- und Ausbaumaßnahmen
  • Aufstellung von Entwurfsunterlagen für schwierige und komplexe Neubaumaßnahmen
  • Begleitung und Prüfung der von Ingenieurbüros erarbeiteten Entwürfe zu komplizierten Baumaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Ingenieurverträgen nach HOAI
  • Erarbeitung von Kostenteilungsvereinbarungen in der Entwurfsphase
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungsverfahren für schwierige Bauvorhaben

Ihr Profil

Laufbahnbefähigung für die Laufbahngruppe 2, erstes Einstiegsamt (gehobener technischer Verwaltungsdienst), oder ein mit einem Bachelorgrad oder gleichwertigem Abschluss abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • hohes Maß an Arbeitssorgfalt
  • systematische und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick
  • der Besitz einer gültigen Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B ist bereits bei Beschäftigungsbeginn zwingend erforderlich
