Wir bieten Ihnen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unbefristeter Anstellung am Standort Hamburg eine Position als

  • Nachwuchsingenieur (m/w/d) Arbeitsvorbereitung/ Terminplanung
  • Sie werden an die Erstellung, Optimierung, Nachverfolgung und Steuerung von Terminplänenin Projekten des schlüsselfertigen Hochbaus herangeführt.
  • Erlernen des Führens von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen in Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
  • Integration von Methoden des LEAN-Managements, insbesondere des Last-Planner-Systems
  • Sie übernehmen die Erarbeitung von Baustelleneinrichtungsplänen mit Erstellung der Baustellenlogistik mit Unterstützung des Teams.
  • Umsetzung von BIM-Anwendungsfällen (z.B. 4D-Visualisierung) im Rahmen der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Kalkulation und Ausschreibung von Baustelleneinrichtungen und Logistik
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse in Powerproject und Auto CAD / Revit
  • Kenntnisse in Desite oder Synchro für Ablaufvisualisierungen wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Last- Planner-System
  • Mitgestaltung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten
