## Deine Aufgaben.

Was dich bei uns erwartet.

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung der Ausschreibungen sowie Begleitung der Vergabe von Bauleistungen für Hoch- und Tiefbauleistungen (Lph. 06-07 HOAI)
  • Erstellen von Terminplänen, Ermittlung der Massen sowie Anfertigen der Leistungsverzeichnisse und/oder funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB)
  • Erstellung der Bieterlisten
  • Durchführung der Kostenschätzung
  • Selbständige Angebotseinholung, -prüfung und Teilnahme an den Vergabeverhandlungen bis hin zum Vertragsschluss

Damit überzeugst du uns.

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bauingenieur- oder Architekturstudium (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Motivation, Engagement und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Starke Teamfähigkeit und große Integrationsbereitschaft in agilen Projektstrukturen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Ausschreibung
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnis der branchenüblichen Software wie iTwo
