Im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren Kunden aus dem Hochbau eine/n Bauingenieur/Architekt Projektsteuerung (m/w/d)

  • Aufgabe:
  • -Steuerung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte von der Konzeptions- bis zur Fertigstellungsphase
  • -Überwachung der Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten gemäß HOAI und AHO
  • -Steuerung externer Planer, Ingenieure und ausführender Firmen
  • -Identifikation und Lösung technischer sowie organisatorischer Herausforderungen
  • -Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • -Abstimmung mit Behörden, Investoren und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • -Qualitätssicherung und Risikoanalyse während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
  • Qualifikation:
  • -Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung oder im Bauprojektmanagement
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB, HOAI sowie relevanter Normen und Vorschriften
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement- und AVA-Programmen
  • -Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • -Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
