## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Bauleitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten
  • Führen des Baustellenpersonals
  • Koordinieren von Subunternehmen, Maschinen und Materialien
  • Kontrolle des Bauablaufes und der Baustellenergebnisse
  • Prüfen der Rechnungen von Lieferanten / Subunternehmern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, der Abrechnung, der Disposition und Werkstatt
  • Regelmäßige Information und Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium als Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker (m/w/d)
  • Jahrelange Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Aufgabenstellung
  • Erfahrung in der Abrechnung nach VOB und den gültigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in einem Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogramm (idealerweise BRZ) von Vorteil
  • Teamplayer mit selbstständiger, engagierter und motivierter Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrungen in der Kalkulation / Angebotserstellung
