DEINE AUFGABEN

  • verantwortungsvolle und zielorientierte Organisation der Bauausführung für den Bauherrn (Straßen, unterirdische Wirtschaft, Erschließungen, ggf. Gleis etc.)
  • Bauüberwachung, Baustellenkoordination
  • Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Führung aller Projektbeteiligten sowie Koordination und Führung aller Gewerke bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme, Baubesprechungen
  • Rechnungs- und Nachtragsprüfung
  • Mangelverfolgung

DEIN PROFIL

  • fundiertes Fachwissen am Bau (Studium Bauingenieurwesen / Bautechniker)
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Baumaßnahmen in Deutschland; Erfahrung als Bauleiter
  • Softwarekenntnisse: MS Office (v.a. MS Project), AVA
  • VOB-Kenntnisse
  • einschlägige ZTVs für Straßenbau, DIN EN 1610 u.a.
  • selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B, projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft
