Deine Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme der örtlichen Bauüberwachung sowie der Bauoberleitung im Gewerbe- und Logistikbau
  • Sicherstellung einer termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Ausführung der Projekte
  • Selbstständige Ausarbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Unterstützung bei der Vergabe von Hoch- und Tiefbauleistungen gemäß HOAI-Leistungsphasen 06–07
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Terminplänen, Mengenermittlung sowie Aufbau von Leistungsverzeichnissen oder funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibungen
  • Organisation und Bearbeitung administrativer Projektthemen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Abrechnung
  • Strukturierte Projektdokumentation und Unterstützung im wirtschaftlichen Projektcontrolling

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom)
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung / Bauleitung nach dem Studium
  • Sicheres Verständnis der einschlägigen technischen Normen und Vorschriften
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse gängiger Branchensoftware wie iTWO sind wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent sowie eine lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 oder höher)
