  • Wahrnehmung von Bauherrenaufgaben bei größeren Bauvorhaben (unter anderemNeubau der Hauptverwaltung, Modernisierung sowie Instandsetzung der Immobilien im Bestand)
  • Steuerung, Koordination und Überwachung von Bauprojekten über alle Projektphasen
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit von / mit Projektsteuerern, Kommunen, Fachplanern und ausführenden Unternehmen
  • Begleitung von Genehmigungs- und Abstimmungsprozessen mit Behörden sowie Ansprechpartner für die Projektleitung und Geschäftsführung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Umsetzung der Projekte
  • Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vergaberecht (HOAI, VOB), Kenntnisse der AHO von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen mit digitalen Planungsprogramme, insbesondere BIM, sowie CAD und AVA
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur (Diplom / Master) oder Ausbildung zum Bautechniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung bei größeren Bauvorhaben von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Projektsteuerern und Kommunen
  • Tiefergehende Erfahrung in der Bauherrenfunktion
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Bauprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit BIM, CAD sowie AVA-Programmen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
