Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unser Projektgeschäft / Verwaltung

Deine Mission

In dieser Schlüsselposition realisierst Du gemeinsam im Team Bauprojekte und sorgst dafür, dass Kundenwünsche Wirklichkeit werden. Durch die enge Verzahnung von Planung, Produktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Montage unterstützt Du uns terminsichere und qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen für unsere Auftraggeber zu schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Unterstützung des Projektteams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von interessanten Holzbauprojekten (angefangen von der Angebotserarbeitung bis hin zur Umsetzung auf der Baustelle)
  • Selbständiges Erstellen von 3D-Modellen / Werkplanungen
  • Betreuen der Baustellen
  • Erstellen von Produktions- und Montageplänen
  • Abstimmung mit unserem Produktions- und Montageteam

Dein Profil für uns:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar; idealerweise ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zimmerer vorhanden
  • Umfangreiches technisches Verständnis
  • Statistische Berechnungen von Einzelbauteilen kannst Du eigenständig erstellen
  • Erfahrungen im Holzständerbau und bei Aufstockungsprojekten wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Holzbausoftware SEMA und MS-Office, erste Erfahrungen mit SAP wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei hoher Auslastung den Überblick und arbeitest lösungsorientiert.
  • Kommunikation: Du bist ein Teamplayer, der klar zwischen den Abteilungen vermittelt.
