Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bauingenieur (m/w/d) für die Planung und Realisierung von Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekten am Standort Augsburg. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Investitionsprojekte in einer industriellen Produktionsumgebung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Projektierung und Realisierung von Bau- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen
  • die Steuerung von Projekten über die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 nach HOAI
  • die Beauftragung und Koordination externer Fachplaner und Dienstleister
  • die Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten
  • die Durchführung des Mängelmanagements
  • die Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und Projektpartnern
  • die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Standards
  • die Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Statusberichten und Projektunterlagen

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mind. über 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Engineering, Fertigung / Produktion und Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Bereich "Industriebau" sowie "Bauen im Bestand"
  • fundierte Kenntnisse der "Bayerischen Industriebaurichtlinie" sowie "Bayerischen Bauordnung"
  • fundierte Kenntnisse über die HOAI, AHO, VOB, BaustellV, RAB, etc.
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP und GSuite
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
