- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Bauprojekten im allgemeinen Bauwesen
- Technische und wirtschaftliche Projektabwicklung
- Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und internen Teams
- Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen, Angebotskalkulation und Vergabe
- Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrolle
- Dokumentation und Nachtragsmanagement
### Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen (Bachelor / Master / Diplom)
- Alternativ: vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Hoch-, Tief- oder Straßenbau von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit VOB, HOAI und relevanten Normen
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und wirtschaftliches Denken
- Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
