Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Entwicklung von Gewerbe- und Logistikstandorten – von der Standortentwicklung bis zur Ausführungsplanung (Leistungsphasen 1–5 HOAI)
  • Mitwirkung an anspruchsvollen Generalplanungsprojekten im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Steuerung, Koordination und Dokumentation der Planungsprozesse in enger Abstimmung mit Auftraggebenden, Behörden und Projektbeteiligten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Umweltingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Wünschenswert sind drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Tiefbau- und Außenanlagenprojekten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit in agilen Projektteams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software, MS Office sowie Kenntnisse der relevanten technischen Regelwerke wünschenswert
