### Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Örtliche Bauüberwachung und Bauoberleitung im Bereich der Infrastruktur- und Umweltplanung
  • Koordination aller Aufgaben vom Angebotsstadium über die Ausführung bis zur Fertigstellung des Projektes
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung in allen technischen und personellen Angelegenheiten
  • Verantwortung der technischen, terminlichen und wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Planungsbeteiligten, Nachunternehmern sowie der Bereichsleitung

### Deine Expertise

  • Hochschulabschluss im Bauingenieurwesen, Vertiefung Baubetrieb/Tiefbau/Straßenbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen erforderlich
  • Allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse, AVA-Software
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Interesse an Weiterbildung
  • SiGe-Koordinatoren-Bescheinigung von Vorteil
  • Interesse an interdisziplinären Aufgaben und fächerübergreifenden Zusammenarbeiten
  • Interesse an einer objektorientierten 4D bzw. 5D-Bearbeitung (BIM)
