### Wir sind ein mittelständiges Unternehmen aus Annaberg-Buchholz und haben uns vor allem auf die Fliesen-, Abdichtungs- und Natursteinarbeiten in Sport- und Freizeitbädern spezialisiert.

### Wir suchen ab sofort zur unbefristeten Festeinstellung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit einen Kalkulator (m/w/d).

### *Ihre Aufgaben:*

  • Kalkulation (Angebotserstellung) von Bauprojekten im Bereich Schwimmbadbau (Fliesenarbeiten)
  • Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Mengenberechnungen anhand von Bauplänen und Funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibungen
  • Pflege von Stammdaten
  • Anwendung der VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen)

### *Ihr Profil:*

  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Kalkulation
  • Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vergaberecht (VOB)
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit Kalkulationssoftware (RIB iTWO) und MS Office
  • Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich
