Die Rast Bau GmbH ist ein zuverlässiges Bauunternehmen mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen und langjähriger Erfahrung im Hochbau. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Baukalkulator / Kalkulator (m/w/d), der unsere Bauprojekte wirtschaftlich und professionell mit vorbereitet.

*Deine Aufgaben *

  • Kalkulation von Bauleistungen und Angeboten
  • Massenermittlung und Kostenberechnungen
  • Auswertung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen
  • Projektvorbereitung und Nachkalkulation
  • Gelegentliche Baubesichtigungen vor Ort

*Dein Profil *

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung (z. B. Bautechniker)
  • Berufserfahrung als Baukalkulator oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Motivierte Quereinsteiger erhalten gerne eine Chance
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Kalkulationssoftware und MS Excel
  • Erfahrung mit branchentypischer Software von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Baubesichtigungen vor Ort
