Typische Aufgaben

  • Baustellenorganisation: Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination der Montagearbeiten vor Ort.
  • Teamführung und Mitarbeit: Anleiten der Monteure,
  • Fachgerechte Ausführung von Fliesen Maurer und Verputzarbeiten
  • Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle: Sicherstellen, dass Arbeiten termingerecht und gemäß den Qualitätsstandards und Bauvorschriften ausgeführt werden.
  • Materialdisposition: Bedarfsgenaue Bestellung, Annahme und Lagerung von Baumaterialien.
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation: Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und enge Absprache mit der Projektleitung, Bauherren und Architekten.

  • Berichterstattung: Führen von Bautagebüchern, Aufmaßen und Dokumentation von eventuellen Abweichungen.

  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z.B. Murer oder Fliesenleger
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis im Montagebereich sowie erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Teams.
  • Fachkompetenz: Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, Fähigkeit zum Lesen von Konstruktionsplänen und technisches Geschick.
  • Soft Skills: Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Führerschein: Gültiger Führerschein (meist Klasse B) für den Baustellenverkehr.
