Du bist gelernter SHK-Anlagenmechaniker, Meister oder Techniker und hast keine Lust mehr, den ganzen Tag selbst auf den Knien herumzurutschen?

Wir suchen Verstärkung für die organisatorische Leitung unserer Großbaustellen. Bei uns übernimmst du die Regie: Du koordinierst, delegierst und behältst den Überblick – mit bester Ausstattung und einem starken Team im Rücken.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Baustellenleitung: Eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Abwicklung unserer SHK-Großprojekte.
  • Führung & Delegation: Anleitung des eigenen Montage-Teams
  • Qualitäts- & Terminkontrolle: Überwachung von Baufortschritt, Arbeitssicherheit und fachgerechter Ausführung.
  • Schnittstelle: Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Büro und dem Bauherren.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Meister/Techniker oder langjährige Praxis auf Großbaustellen.
  • Führungskompetenz: Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsgeschick und ein fairer Umgang mit dem Team.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Führerschein Klasse B und die Bereitschaft, Baustellen im Umkreis von ca. 150 km anzufahren (Fokus auf tägliche Rückkehr, ganz seltene Montageeinsätze schrecken dich aber nicht ab).
