BAULEITER/IN (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen und engagierten Bauleiter.

### Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben, dabei wird größten Wert auf eine detaillierte Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie eine exakte Umsetzung gelegt
  • Einholung von Angeboten bei Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
  • Koordination von Nachunternehmern
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Arbeitsvorbereitung und das Erstellen von Bauablaufplanen
  • Massenermittlung und Abrechnung
  • Qualitätskontrolle
  • Dokumentation von Projektergebnissen und Teilnahme an Besprechungen mit Bauherren und Architekten

### Qualifikation

  • Bauingenieur- oder Architekturstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Hochbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 sowie in einem Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogramm
  • Du verfügst über Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Teamgeist sowie eine selbstständige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab
