Die Binas Bau GmbH ist ein etabliertes Bauunternehmen mit Sitz in Freyburg (Unstrut). Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Bauleitung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Projektsteuerung: Planung, Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Bauabläufe direkt vor Ort auf der Baustelle.
  • Qualität & Termine: Sicherstellung von Terminen, Budgets und hohen Qualitätsstandards gemäß den Vertragsunterlagen.
  • Kommunikation: Enge Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Architekten, Fachplanern, Subunternehmern und Behörden.
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung und kontinuierliche Pflege von Bauablauf- und Bauzeitenplänen.
  • Management: Aktives Risiko-, Konflikt- und Änderungsmanagement.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur/in oder eine Qualifikation als Meister/in.
  • Erfahrung: Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Branche.
  • Mobilität: Ein Pkw-Führerschein ist für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit zwingend erforderlich.
  • Stärken: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sind belastbar und bringen ein hohes Maß an Entscheidungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit mit.
  • Teamgeist: Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Team runden Ihr Profil ab.

  • Sicherheit: Ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche).
  • Vergütung: Ein attraktives Gehalt von 4.200 Euro brutto pro Monat.
