Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Überwachung von Rohbauprojekten
  • Organisation und Koordination der Baustellenabläufe
  • Planung und Durchführung von Materialbestellungen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Materiallieferungen
  • Koordination von Mitarbeitern und Nachunternehmern
  • Überwachung der fachgerechten Ausführung von Rohbauarbeiten
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität und Kosten
  • Durchführung von Baustellenbesprechungen
  • Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritt

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Ausbildung als Bautechniker/in, Meister/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Rohbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Beton-, Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerksbau
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
