IHR AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie Baustellenabwicklung
  • Personalführung (Eigen- und Fremdpersonal) und Koordination der Gewerke
  • Qualitäts-, Leistungs- und Terminkontrollen von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Führen von Bautagebüchern, Baustellenschriftverkehr
  • Erstellen der Aufmaße sowie Nachträgen und Revisionsunterlagen

DAS SOLLTEN SIE MITBRINGEN

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Meisterabschluss wäre wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Obermonteur / in der Bauleitung
  • Kenntnisse der gültigen Regelwerke (VDE / VOB / HOAI)
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office
  • Montage- und Reisebereitschaft
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohes persönliches Engagement
