Ihre Aufgaben u.a.:

  • Steuerung und Koordination von Montagefirmen und Nachunternehmern auf der Baustelle
  • Überwachung des Leistungs- und Baufortschritts im verantworteten Bereich
  • Kontrolle der Ausführung hinsichtlich Qualität, Termin- und Kostenvorgaben
  • Erkennen, Dokumentieren und Nachverfolgen von Mängeln und Abweichungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben
  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Ausführungs- und Montageunterlagen
  • Durchführung von Aufmaßprüfungen sowie Unterstützung bei Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen
  • Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten sowie Berichtswesen zum Baufortschritt
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Mängeln und Aufgaben über digitale Tools

Ihre Qualifikationen (must haves):

  • mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Bauleiter im Bereich Elektrotechnik/ Starkstrom
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern
  • Erfahrung auf Großprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB
  • Sicheres L esen und Verstehen von Schalt- und Ausführungsplänen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Arbeitssicherheit auf Baustellen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • G25-Untersuchung vorhanden oder kurzfristig nachholbar
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer SÜ2-Überprüfung
  • Bereitschaft zur Gelegentliche Wochenendarbeit in Ausnahmefällen (ca. einmal pro Quartal oder seltener) , wird frühzeitig angekündigt und abgestimmt

Nice-to-have:

  • Erfahrung mit PlanRadar
  • Erfahrung in den Kostengruppen 450 (Elektrotechnische Anlagen) oder 480 (Gebäudeautomation)
  • Hubarbeitsbühnenführerschein
  • Bereits vorhandene Sicherheitsüberprüfung Ü2
