Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation von Bauprojekten vom ersten Entwurf bis zur endgültigen Abnahme
  • Koordination der beteiligten Gewerke und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen
  • Überwachung der Baustellenqualität und des Budgets
  • Führung von Baustellenteams und regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Architekten und Ingenieuren
  • Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts und Erstellung von Berichten für das Management

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter in traditionellen und modernen Bauprojekten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Bauvorschriften und Normen
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
