Im Unternehmen arbeiten ca. 50 Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen

  • Mauerwerksbau
  • Beton- und Stahlbetonbau
  • Innen- und Außenputz
  • WDVS-Systeme
  • Schlüsselfertigbau

Unser Betätigungsfeld reicht von der Oberlausitz bis nach Dresden und in die Sächsische Schweiz.

Für die verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit im Bereich Hochbau suchen wir aktuell eine/n

###                                               Bauleiter/ in

Als Bauingenieur/in, Meister/in oder Techniker/in im Bauwesen interessieren Sie spannende Projekte und anspruchsvolle Arbeitsaufgaben? Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Kompetenz.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme der Bauleitung
  • Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Ausführung aller Bauarbeiten
  • Projektsteuerung und -überwachung nach Planung und Vertrag
  • Eigenständige Kostenkontrolle / Abrechnung
  • Sicherung der Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Terminplanung / Terminüberwachung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieur, alternativ Techniker/ Meister (w/ m/ d)
  • idealerweise mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hochbauprojekte, aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Sie tragen gerne Verantwortung und Ihre Arbeit zeichnet sich durch ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein, System und Struktur aus
  • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • FS PKW zwingend erforderlich
