Zur Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir einen Bauleiter Hochbau (m/w/d)

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Betreuung, Abwicklung und selbstständige Leitung von Hochbaubauvorhaben
  • Ausarbeitung und Koordinieren einzelner Abläufe sowie Führung des Baustellenteams
  • Abnahme von Leistungen und Lieferungen
  • Kostenkontrolle und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Kalkulation von Bauvorhaben
  • Sicherstellen der Bauqualitätsstandards und Abrechnung der Baumaßnahme
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Planern
  •  

Profil:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar, alternativ abgeschlossene Technikerschule
  • ggf. erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bauleitung
  • Team- & Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Spaß an der Arbeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kollegen und Kunden
