Bei LinePro Solutions GmbH betreuen wir Freileitungprojekte im Spannungsbereich von 110–380 kV und unterstützen den Netzausbau Deutschlands. Wir stehen für klare Abläufe, starke Teams und echte Leidenschaft für den Freileitungsbau.

Was dich erwartet

  • Verantwortung für die operative Baustellenleitung im Freileitungsbau
  • Steuerung von Montage- und Seilzugarbeiten
  • Einsatzplanung, Führung und Anleitung der Monteure
  • Koordination mit Auftraggebern und Partnerfirmen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen, HSQE-Vorgaben und Dokumentation
  • Regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen, Aufmaße und Berichte
  • Abwechslungsreiche Projekte deutschlandweit

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Freileitungsbau, idealerweise bereits in leitender Funktion
  • Technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Seilzug und Projektabwicklung
  • Führungskompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sichere Kommunikation
  • Reisebereitschaft und Freude an Baustellenorganisation
  • Führerschein Klasse B (weitere Klassen von Vorteil)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
