### Wir suchen zu nächst möglichen Termin einen Bauleiter im Garten- und Landschaftsbau (m/w/d) im inhabergeführten Unternehmen in einer zukunftssicheren Branche mit guten Karrierechancen.

Die Arbeit ist in Vollzeit (39-Stunden/Woche) bedeutet.

Tarifliche Vergütung, 30 Tage Urlaub.

Arbeit im eingespielten Team, d.h. zusammen mit rund 40 engagierten Galabauern in unserer Firma. Das Tätigkeitsfeld erstreckt sich vom Bereich öffentlicher Auftraggeber über Firmenkunden bis hin zu hochwertigen Privatgärten.

### Aufgaben:

  • Angebotserstellung, Kalkulation, Baustellen-Aufmaß und -Abrechnung
  • die Kommunikation mit den jeweiligen Auftraggebern, bzw. Planungsbüros, Lieferanten und Subunternehmern.
  • Teamorientierte Kommunikation, Einweisung und Kontrolle der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

### Voraussetzung:

Abschluss als Meister, Techniker, Bachelor oder Ingenieur in einer einschlägigen Fachrichtung

### Erwartungen an den Bewerber:

Leidenschaft für die Landschaftsgestaltung, Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbstständiges Denken
