wir sind ein seit 20 Jahren familiengeführtes Gerüstbauunternehmen und suchen einen Bauleiter:in in Berlin. Wir stellen Gerüste aller Art in Berlin und Brandenburg. Eine Einarbeitung durch unseren Meister stellt kein Problem dar, auch sind Weiterbildungen jederzeit möglich.

IHR TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH

  • -Angebotsvorbereitung
  • -Vertragsgemäße Aufmasslegung
  • -Abrechnung von Bauvorhaben
  • -Koordinierung und Kontrolle der Montagekolonnen
  • -Planung des Material- und Geräteeinsatzes
  • -Abstimmung mit Bauherren und dessen Vertretern

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN

  • -idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter:in, vorzugsweise im Bereich Gerüstbau
  • -technisches Verständnis und Engagement
  • -Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • -sichere MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • -Führerschein Klasse B
