Bauleiter m/w/d

in Vollzeit (40 Std./ Woche) mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Gleitzeit mit Bürokernzeiten von 09:00 - 12:00 Uhr 14:00 - 16:30 Uhr freitags bis 14:30 Uhr)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Planung, Überwachung und Organisation der Baustellen
  • Bauherren-, Unternehmer- und Objektbetreuung in den Leistungsphasen 8
  • Termin- und Kostenkontrolle / Nachtragsbearbeitung

### Ihr Profil:

  • Architekt/in, Hochbauingenieur/in, Techniker/in für Bautechnik oder vergleichbar, Berufserfahrung – mind. 3 Jahre
  • gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen AVA (California) und MS Office, wünschenswert
  • baurechtliches Wissen (VOB, DIN u.a.)
  • selbstständige, präzise Arbeitsweise und teamorientiertes Denken
