Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin

einen Bauleiter für Straßen- oder Landschaftsbau (m/w/d)

mit handwerklichem Geschick für bauliche und vegetationstechnische Aufgaben.

Die Baustellen befinden sich in der Region TF und werden mit Firmenwagen angefahren.

Unser Angebot:

  • Sie erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Aufgaben aus der gesamten Palette der Garten- und Landschaftsgestaltung.
  • Sie arbeiten in einem motivierten Team mit gutem Betriebsklima.
  • 40 Wochenstunden, Montag - Freitag; 07:00 - 16:00 Uhr
  • Wir stellen Sie unbefristet in Vollzeit ein und bezahlen bei entsprechenden Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in Anlehnung an Tarif Baugewerbe attraktiven Lohn (48.000€/ Jahr VB)!
  • Zusätzliche Leistungen: Weihnacht- und Urlaubsgeld
  • den Firmenwagen nehmen Sie mit nachhause und erhalten eine Tankkarte dazu.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeiter anleiten bei Straßen-, Tief und Landschaftsbau,
  • Kundengespräche führen,
  • Aufmaß Erstellung,
  • Bedienung von Baumaschinen Minibagger, Radlader,

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Führung von Mitarbeiter/in auf der Baustelle,
  • Arbeitsplanung,
  • selbstständiges Koordinieren auf der Baustelle,
  • Handlungskompetenz in seinen Fertigkeiten,
  • Fähigkeiten u. Kenntnissen im erlernten Beruf
  • Studium oder Meisterausbildung
