  • DEINE AUFGABEN:
  • Abwicklung von Bauvorhaben in technischer, kaufmännischer und personeller Hinsicht lt. Rechts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung für Bauvorhaben (Disposition von Personal, Maschinen und Material)
  • Baustellencontrolling hinsichtlich Qualität, Termineinhaltung, Organisation und Kosten inkl. Risikoanalyse und -steuerung
  • Koordination und Abwicklung von Subunternehmerleistungen
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung in allen wesentlichen technischen und personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
  • Erstellung von Mehrkostenforderungen und Zusatzangeboten in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung
  • DEIN ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Bmstr., TU)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Tiefbau
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (iTWO, MS-Office) sowie kaufmännische Kenntnisse (Kostenrechnung etc.)
  • CAD - Computer-Aided Design
  • Verhandlungs- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Kompetenz in Mitarbeiter_innenführung und Motivation
  • Seriöses Auftreten im Umgang mit Kund_innen und Behörden
  • Führerschein Klasse B
