Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir, die Haustechnik H. Ostermeier zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

    eine/n Bauleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • das Steuern, Koordinieren und Überwachen der Nachunternehmer sowie des Montagefortschritts
  • das Einhalten von Terminen und ggf. melden von Störungen im Bauablauf
  • als zentraler Ansprechpartner vor Ort die Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit ihrem Montageteam sowie dem Projektleiter, Nachunternehmern und dem Kunden
  • die Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit und Sicherstellung der qualitätsgerechten Baustellenabwicklung
  • die Aufmasserstellung und Dokumentation von Zusatzleistungen
  • die Mitwirkung bei der Mängelbeseitigung und Dokumentationserstellung

Anforderungen:

  • eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung bzw. Versorgungstechnik
  • mehrjährige und umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung
  • grundlegendes Fachwissen in gewerkeübergreifenden Bereichen
  • einen Führerschein Klasse B
  • die Bereitschaft zum Reisen, da wir bundesweit tätig sind
