Unser Partner ist ein verlässlicher, innovativer Spenglerei- und Dachdeckerbetrieb in Oberösterreich, bekannt für praxisnahe Projektleitung, abwechslungsreiche Baustellen und kurze Entscheidungswege.

Das Unternehmen arbeitet mit renommierten Architekturbüros zusammen und realisiert anspruchsvolle Projekte in OÖ und darüber hinaus. Du leitest eigenverantwortlich Teams und Projekte im 8-köpfigen Bauleitungs-/Spenglerei-Team.

  • Vollzeit 38,5 Std./Woche
  • Montag bis Freitag, 07:00 bis 16:30 Uhr
  • Gleitzeit im Sonderfall nach Vereinbarung möglich
  • Kein Schichtbetrieb

  • € 55.000 bis € 60.000 brutto/Jahr

  • Verantwortung für Planung, Organisation & Umsetzung aller Arbeitsabläufe
  • Leitung & Koordination des Teams
  • Qualitäts- & Terminsicherung bei Projekten
  • Technische Umsetzung & Kontrolle von Spenglerarbeiten
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit & Materialeinsatz
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Kunden & Fertigungsteam
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen & neuen Technologien
  • Dein Profil
  • Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Spenglergeselle/in
  • Alternativ Spenglermeister/in, Zimmerer/in oder Maurer/in mit Führungserfahrung
  • Alternativ verwandte/vergleichbare bauhandwerkliche Ausbildung mit Führungserfahrung
  • Alternativ Fachkraft aus Metall- oder Bauschlosserarbeiten mit Erfahrung in Montage & Bau
  • Alternativ HTL Hoch-/Tiefbau mit handwerklichem Geschick & technischem Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion oder als erfahrene_r Facharbeiter_in
  • Das bekommst du
  • € 55.000 bis € 60.000 brutto/Jahr, je nach Berufserfahrung & Qualifikation
  • Firmenfahrzeug, in Absprache auch zur Privatnutzung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung mit klarer Entscheidungsmacht
