  • Operative Bauleitung von Projekten im Industrieanlagenbau
  • Einteilung und Führung des gesamten Montageteams (Eigen- und Fremdpersonal)
  • Baustelleneinrichtung sowie Ermittlung und Disposition des benötigten Equipments und Materials
  • Überwachung und Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien Qualitätsmanagement
  • Organisatorische Verantwortung hinsichtlich Einhaltung von Terminen und Kosten
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Projektmanagement und Kunden
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Schulungen
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Rohrleitungsbau oder Stahlbau
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Obermonteur:in, Bauleiter:in erforderlich
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Anlagen- oder Rohrleitungsbau
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft
