Bauleiter/-in (w/m/d)

für die Leitung unserer anspruchsvollen gewerblichen und öffentlichen Bauprojekte im Großraum Stuttgart.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Selbständige Abwicklung unserer Bauprojekte, von
  • der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis hin zur vollständigen
  • Ausführung des Projektes
  • Führungs- und Personalverantwortung für die
  • Baustellenmitarbeiter
  • Organisation des projektbezogenen Einkaufs für das
  • Bauvorhaben
  • Verantwortung für die digitale Baustellen-
  • dokumentation und den baustellenrelevanten
  • Schriftverkehr, einschließlich der Abrechnung und
  • Abnahme

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Pragmatischer Bauleiter (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger
  • Berufserfahrung, möglichst im Garten- und
  • Landschaftsbau oder angrenzenden Branchen
  • Alternativ: Meister/Techniker, Dipl.-Ing. oder
  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering (mit Ausbildung im
  • Garten- und Landschaftsbau)
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Entscheidungsstarker und eigenverantwortlicher
  • Arbeitsstil
  • Verhandlungssichere Gesprächsführung
