  • Aufgabenbereich:
  • Gesamtbauleitung und örtliche Bauaufsicht für komplexe Bauprojekte im Krankenhaus- und Gesundheitswesen
  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Koordination aller Bauleistungen über sämtliche Gewerke hinweg, inkl. TGA (Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär, med. Gase, VE-Wasser, Dampf)
  • Planung, Kontrolle und Überwachung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards
  • Koordination und Führung des ÖBA-Teams (Fach-ÖBAs), von ausführenden Firmen und internen Schnittstellen (Eigenleistung)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen, Vorschriften, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Laufende SOLL-IST Vergleiche, Baustellenkontrollen, Fortschrittsverfolgung und Dokumentation
  • Technische und organisatorische Problemlösung direkt vor Ort
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Planung, Bauherrschaft und Projektsteuerung
  • Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU Fachrichtung Hochbau bevorzugt)
  • Erfahrung als Gesamtbauleiter:in, ÖBA oder GU-Bauleiter:in, idealerweise im Krankenhaus- oder komplexen Hochbau
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauabwicklung, Koordination mehrerer Gewerke und Baustellenorganisation
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu planen, zu organisieren und zu überwachen
  • IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, MS Projekt) und sichere Anwendung von Projektmanagement- und ÖBA-Tools und -Software
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsqualitäten sowie hohe Teamorientierung
  • Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Wir bieten:
  • Für diese Position gilt folgende Mindestentlohnung: 4.815,15 € brutto pro Monat
  • Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich.

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Stunden pro Woche
