## Das sind IHRE Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Projekte
  • Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Tätigkeiten durch Kolonnen und Nachunternehmer auf der Baustelle
  • Qualitätssicherung inkl. Einhaltung Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern, Ingenieurbüros und Lieferanten
  • Dokumentation und Controlling der betreuten Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung Aufmaße und zeitnahe Abrechnung

## Das bringen SIE mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieur-Studium z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbautechnik
  • Berufseinsteiger:innen sehr willkommen
  • Alternativ Techniker- oder Meisterweiterbildung
  • oder Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter:in
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in unserer Niederlassung Dresden
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung RIB iTWO ist wünschenswert
  • Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Leistungs- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Soziale Kompetenz
  • Führerschein Klasse B
