🚀 Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Durchführung spannender Bahnbauprojekte.
  • Planung, Kalkulation und Arbeitsvorbereitung – von Anfang bis Abschluss.
  • Kostenkontrolle und Abrechnung deiner Projekte.
  • Führung, Motivation und Koordination deiner Mitarbeiter:innen vor Ort.

⚙️ Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, Techniker:in Tiefbau, Gleisbaumeister:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Alternativ: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Planung und Durchführung von Gleis- oder Weichenbauprojekten.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität – du bleibst cool, auch wenn’s mal rattert.
