Bauleiter/in im Hoch- oder Tiefbau (m/w/d); Bereich Regensburg oder München und Umgebung

  • TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH
  • eigenverantwortliche Führung der Baustellen, von der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Planung bis zur Abrechnung
  • Sicherung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Erbringung der Bauleistungen
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit den auf den Baustellen eingesetzten Poliere und Arbeiter
  • Betreuung des Bauherren während der Bauphase
  • Kommunikation mit eingesetzten Nachunternehmern
  • fristgerechte Bearbeitung von Mängelanzeigen und Reklamationen von Bauherren und Käufern
  • PROFIL
  • abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur/-in (Bachelor und/oder Master), Techniker/-in, Berufserfahrung als Meister/-in im Handwerk
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise und sicheres Auftreten
  • fundierte Kenntnisse zeitgemäßer EDV
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, unternehmerisches Denken, Organisationstalent
