Wir – die Salur-Dur GmbH – sind ein familiengeführtes Bauunternehmen in der zweiten Generation. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Herstellung hochwertiger Industriebetonböden, die wir bundesweit realisieren. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams auf den Baustellen suchen wir Dich als Bauleiter/in, der/die mit Leidenschaft und Überblick unsere Projekte erfolgreich umsetzt.

  • Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Organisation unserer Bauprojekte im Bereich Industriebetonböden
  • Du koordinierst und überwachst alle Abläufe auf der Baustelle – von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Du führst das Baustellenpersonal und arbeitest eng mit Subunternehmern, Auftraggebern und dem Innendienst zusammen
  • Du sorgst für die Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Du erstellst Bautagesberichte und dokumentierst den Baufortschritt
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Planer und Behörden vor Ort
  • Was Du mitbringst:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bauwesen (z. B. Bautechniker/in, Bauingenieur/in, Meister im Bauhandwerk)
  • Erfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Bereich Betonbau oder Industrieflächen
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft für bundesweite Einsätze
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
