Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und qualitätsorientierte Abwicklung von Bauprojekten im Bereich des Straßen und Tiefbaues
  • Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle der Baustellen
  • Koordination und Steuerung der internen und externen Beteiligten
  • Abrechnungen und Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Nachunternehmern
  • Technische Abnahmen
  • Rechnungsprüfung und Rechnungserstellung
  • Wir arbeiten NRW-weit

Du bringst mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung im Bereich Tiefbau/Straßenbau wünschenswert
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement, Motivation und Flexibilität
  • Idealerweise VOB-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
