  • Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium (FH/TU) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen sind vorteilhaft (idealerweise ARRIBA, RIB iTWO)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht und der VOB
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie eine selbstständige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • PKW-Führerschein ist Voraussetzung

### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Baumaßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Arbeitskalkulation
  • Kosten- und termingerechte Beschaffung von Geräten, Maschinen und Materialien gemäß Konzernrichtlinien
  • Koordination von Fachpersonal, Baustellen- und Nachunternehmer-Einsätzen
  • Kalkulation und Verhandlung von Nachtragsangeboten
  • Kontrolle des Bauablaufs und Baustellenergebnis
  • Zeitnahe Erstellung von Aufmaßen und abrechnungsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsmeldungen sowie Vorbereitung von Projektanalysen und Prognosen
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Gruppen- und Bereichsleitung zu technischen und personellen Themen
