Bauleiter/in (m/w/d) Garten- und Landschaftsbau ab sofort gesucht.

Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung der Kundenanfragen, von der Beratung vor Ort, über die Konzept- bis hin zur Angebotserstellung
  • Kreative Ideen bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen, z.B. bei Terrassen- oder Gartenneugestaltungen
  • Disposition von Mitarbeiter*innen, Fahrzeugen und Maschinen
  • Betreuung der Baustellen, insb. hinsichtlich Termineinhaltung und Qualität
  • Materialbeschaffung und Abrechnung abgeschlossener Bauvorhaben

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Garten-/ Landschaftsbau oder ein Meistertitel in diesem Bereich
  • Interesse an Verwaltungsaufgaben und Mitarbeiterführung
  • Positiver Umgang mit den Herausforderungen eines Inklusionsbetriebs
  • Respektvoller Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderungen
