Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Erweiterung unseres Teams

### eine/n Bauleiter/in (m/w/d)  

für unseren Standort in 12099 Berlin.

Als Bauleiter/in koordinieren und organisieren Sie den reibungslosen Ablauf der Arbeiten auf den Baustellen und bilden die Schnittstelle zu den verantwortlichen Personen unserer Auftraggeber. Sie planen die Einsätze der Teams und die Verfügbarkeit der Gerätschaften sowie der Materialien. Darüber hinaus haben Sie die Zahlen im Blick. Aufmaße, Kalkulationen und das Erstellen von Rechnungen unter Nutzung moderner EDV-Systeme sind wichtige Bestandteile Ihrer Arbeit.

Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung öffentlicher Aufträge
  • Angebotserstellung
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Mengenermittlungen
  • Erkennung und Erfahrungen von Zusatz- und Nachtragsleistungen
  • Kalkulation
  • Fristgerechte Zusammen- und Fertigstellung der Abrechnungsunterlagen
  • Prüfung von Rechnungsrückläufen
