#### Was für uns zählt

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Verkehrswegebau
  • Berufserfahrung in der operativen Bauausführung und Bauleitung
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung mit Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen (idealerweise iTWO)
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Führungsstärke und Engagement
  • Verbindliches Auftreten sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Leistungsbereitschaft und Problemlösekompetenz
  • Örtliche Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft (sowie Führerschein Klasse B)

#### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Technische, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung für Gleisbauvorhaben
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Baustellen im Gleis- und Bahnbau
  • Steuerung der Bauausführung unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Leistungs-, Termin- und Kostenvorgaben
  • Koordinierung des Eigen- und Fremdpersonals
  • Austausch mit allen Projektbeteiligten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Angebotsbearbeitung, Kalkulation und Arbeitsvorbereitung
