Der Bauleiter im Tief- und Straßenbau ist verantwortlich für die technische, wirtschaftliche und terminliche Abwicklung von Bauprojekten. Er koordiniert Baustellen, Personal, Nachunternehmer sowie Lieferanten und stellt die qualitätsgerechte und fristgerechte Ausführung der Bauleistungen sicher.
## Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten im Tief- und Straßenbau
- Arbeitsvorbereitung und Baustellenorganisation
- Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und eigenem Baustellenpersonal
- Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
- Erstellung und Kontrolle von Bauablaufplänen
- Durchführung von Baubesprechungen mit Auftraggebern, Planern und Behörden
- Aufmaß, Abrechnung und Nachtragsmanagement
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
- Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Berichtswesen
- Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation und Angebotsbearbeitung
- Einsatzort Singen am Hohentwiel
