Als Bauleiter sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen Baustelle, Unternehmen und Kunde und verantworten, leiten und organisieren das Bauvorhaben. Zuverlässig, mit Qualität. Unsere rund 100 Mitarbeiter sind Experten auf ihrem Gebiet. Gemeinsam erstellen wir Gebäude/Bauten und Bauteile für die Zukunft.

Ihr Profil

  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrungen und ein hohes technisches Verständnis (Bauingenieur, Meister, Techniker oder vgl.)
  • Ergebnisorientierte und selbst­ständige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, pragmatisches Denken sowie zielstrebiges, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten im Team
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit unseren Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und Kollegen
  • Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung, Leitung und Abwicklung unserer Bauvorhaben im Rohbau
  • Koordination der ­Nachunternehmer
  • Beratung unserer Kunden in ­technischen Fragen
  • Überwachung der Bauausführung, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Qualität, Bauablauf und Termine
  • Nachtragskalkulation, Kostenkontrolle und Abrechnungskoordination
