Bei gefeba findet Bauleitung in der Industriemontage nicht nur am Schreibtisch statt. Sie sind deutschlandweit auf Industriebaustellen im Einsatz, arbeiten direkt an der Umsetzung und wissen: Am Ende zählt, dass draußen alles passt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Effiziente Koordination und Überwachung der jeweiligen Baustelle bei unseren Kunden und des mitreisenden Montageteams
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Kunden und Subunternehmer in technischen und organisatorischen Fragen
  • Gewissenhafte Durchführung von Projektrealisierungen unter Einhaltung strenger Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminvorgaben
  • Fachliche Führung und Motivation des Montageteams
  • Aktive Teilnahme am Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung bei Montagearbeiten vor Ort

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z. B. als Elektroniker Fachrichtung Betriebs- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder Elektroinstallateur, ggf. mit Abschluss als Elektrotechniker oder Elektromeister (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld sowie hinsichtlich der Führung und der Motivation von Montageteams
  • Kundenorientierung und entsprechendes Fachwissen
  • Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit im operativen Geschäft
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft deutschlandweit
