### Für Köln suchen wir einen Bauleiter (m/w/d)

### Profil:

  • Sie haben idealerweise ein Bachelor-Studium im Bauingenieurswesen oder einen Meistertitel im Handwerk des Maurers / Betonbauers
  • erste Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und verbindlicher Umgang mit Geschäftspartnern

Aufgaben:

  • Sie koordinieren die Baustellenaktivitäten und verfolgen die Termine sowie alle Arbeitsfortschritte und das Qualitätsmanagement
  • Führen das Baustellenüberwachungspersonal und Disziplinarverantwortung
